There may be other Gardening Clubs in Surrey, Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, but with a history stretching back to 1947, White Rock & District Garden Club has a reputation for being a friendly, active and welcoming group of garden enthusiasts in White Rock and South Surrey, BC.

 

White Rock and District Garden Club members have diverse gardening interests including plant conservation, plant propagation, plant sales + sharing, floral art, flower photography (see our plant + flower photo gallery here), vegetable gardening, organic gardening, balcony gardening in pots, fun garden themed events and garden tours - there's never a dull moment!  Our members are drawn from White Rock and the surrounding area including Surrey, Langley and Delta. Most are active in the Club and share in its growth and development.  We're never too young or too old to appreciate the joys that gardening brings - for some it's being active in planning or maintaining a beautiful garden and for others its taking pleasure in being surrounded by the beauty of nature.  Gardening is a great way to relax, to keep fit, to make friends, to socialize and to grow something tasty to eat that we know is as fresh as can be!
